These terms govern your use of Winterfat LLC, doing business as Winterfat Diagnostics (“Winterfat,” “we,” “us”) at winterfat.xyz. By using our services, you agree to them.
AR Thaw. A facilitation service for Wyoming businesses seeking recovery of unpaid commercial (B2B) invoices. Winterfat is not a licensed debt collection agency and does not directly collect debts on your behalf. B2B only; no consumer debts.
Free Tools. The CWC Calculator, Fuel Optimizer, and CNA Renewal Checker are provided as-is, at no charge, for informational purposes only. They are not financial, legal, or regulatory advice. We make no guarantees about accuracy, uptime, or continued availability.
We own the tools and delivery infrastructure. You may not use our tools or systems to build a competing service.
We can terminate or suspend your account for misuse of our tools or conduct that damages other customers or Winterfat. We will give you notice except where immediate action is needed to protect others.
If you are signing up as a sole proprietor or on behalf of a business without separate legal existence, you personally guarantee payment obligations under these terms.
You indemnify Winterfat against claims arising from your use of our tools or services, including misrepresentation and third-party claims. Our total liability to you is capped at fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
Wyoming law governs. Disputes go to Natrona County District Court or, if you prefer federal, the U.S. District Court for the District of Wyoming. Email us before filing anything; we would rather talk it out.
We will post updates here. Continued use of our services after changes are posted is acceptance.
